According to the information you provided the TV complies with the resolution needed in order to access the Intel® Visual BIOS.
I would recommend you using another HDMI cable in order check if this is the cause of the behavior you are experiencing. We suggest using 1.4a cables, since this is the only one that support audio and video.
You could also try a BIOS update, but it will be better to find out which is the current version so you can install the next available BIOS.
Please let me know the SA # of your system in order to find out which is the BIOS version install. We may try a BIOS update.
