I want to confirm that I have similar problems in my case RAM is
Part Number: BLT4G3D1608ET3LX0 Crucial 4x.
Thanks for fixing fan problems in 0450.
In my case this 3 beep problem and black screen when to permanent mode
after disabling legacy boot and switch to UEFI only.
(Bricked Windows and was forced to re-install)
In BIOS under Performance its sowing to me that ram is running on
1600 MHz but in home screen that its running on 1333 MHz.
And in Windows Intel Desktop Utilities are convinced that ram is
running on 1600 MHz but CPU-Z is showing 1333 MHz.
All testing was done loading default bios settings and changing only ram part.
